    The Medicine Between Us
A six-week in-person therapeutic group for deeper healing, truth-telling, and connection.

In collaboration with SANCTUM, we are offering a new in-person group experience for those seeking real growth, honest reflection, and the kind of transformation that only happens in relationship. Co-led by Sophia Green, licensed therapist, and Skippy Mesirow, professional coach and founder of Sanctum, this group blends the structure and depth of therapy with the clarity and energy of personal coaching.

Over six weeks, we will meet in circle and work with themes like self-trust, grief, betrayal, and the parts of ourselves we often hide. As the group deepens, we will move into focused sessions where one or two participants are invited to do deeper individual work in the center, held and supported by the rest of the group. Each session will end with space for members to reflect on what came up for them in the process of witnessing—an opportunity to integrate personal insight, not offer feedback. This shared field of attention allows each person’s healing to ripple through the whole group.

We are calling this The Medicine Between Us because the true power of this work lives in what we create together. This is not drop-in therapy. It is a committed space for people who are ready to show up for themselves and each other with presence, honesty, and care.
