About this event

A half-day journey from forest floor to shared meal. Guests begin at the center for a grounding conversation about the magic of culinary wild mushrooms and where food becomes medicine — exploring mushroom identification, ecology, and the art of eating what you find.

From there, participants head into the field for a guided foray before gathering at a private home to cook and eat together. Part class, part hike, part dinner party, this immersive experience is designed to deepen connection with nature, food, fungi, and community through direct experience.
