As Executive Director of The Board of Medicine, he is a leading architect of evidence-based psychedelic standards and ethical clinical practice worldwide.

Dr. Rabin turned toward psychedelic medicine after years of watching conventional treatments fall short for those carrying deep trauma, recognizing that, when held within the right therapeutic container, these medicines may offer the consciousness shift needed to move beyond symptom management toward the possibility of true cure.

At SANCTUM, Dr. Rabin oversees our medical and safety architecture—including clinical screening, medication tapering, and evidence-based protocols—while guiding our research and continuous learning. His leadership helps ensure every guest experience is grounded in scientific rigor, ethical practice, and continual improvement.

As Founder and Clinical Director of Neurobehavioral Consultants, Dr. Westergaard specializes in neuropsychological assessment, concussion and traumatic brain injury evaluation, cognitive and learning disorders, and integrative mind-body medicine. Trained at the University of Illinois Chicago and through a postdoctoral fellowship at Northwestern University, her work combines neuroscience with mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, family systems therapy, biofeedback, neurofeedback, and other evidence-based mind-body practices.

After decades of witnessing the limitations of conventional treatment, Dr. Westergaard was drawn to psychedelic medicine for its potential to catalyze profound healing when held within a safe, intentional therapeutic container. She believes meaningful transformation begins with careful assessment, thoughtful preparation, and deeply personalized care.

At SANCTUM, Dr. Westergaard leads our medical and safety screening process, helping ensure every guest is prepared for a safe and successful experience. Her rare combination of clinical expertise, compassionate presence, and whole-person perspective allows her to support individuals with even the most complex medical and psychological histories while establishing the foundation of trust that defines the SANCTUM experience.

As founder of Stephen McGhee Leadership, Stephen integrates the goal line of measurable results with the soul line of inner mastery—helping leaders create extraordinary impact while elevating meaning, integrity, and vitality. With decades inside boardrooms, a background in financial services, and graduate training in Consciousness, Health, and Healing from the University of Santa Monica—where he later served on the faculty in Soul-Centered Leadership—he specializes in executive leadership, family office governance, succession, purpose, and multigenerational legacy.

While others on the SANCTUM team facilitate transformational medicine experiences, Stephen's role is distinct. He helps individuals translate meaningful insights—however they are discovered—into enduring leadership, authentic relationships, purposeful action, and a life where the goal line and the soul line become deeply aligned.

At SANCTUM, Stephen serves as an Executive Coach and Leadership Advisor, supporting founders, family offices, and purpose-driven leaders before and after their medicine experiences. His gift is helping people integrate their medicine journey and turning inspiration into embodiment, so that moments of awakening become a way of living, leading, and serving.

Ron built global businesses generating hundreds of millions of dollars in annual profits, founded Peloton Partners, which grew to more than $3 billion in assets under management, invested in more than 30 successful startups, and helped lead initiatives across business, government, education, and philanthropy. He is a founding member of the Psychedelic Science Funders Collaborative (PSFC), serves on the Board of Directors of Lykos Therapeutics, and advises organizations including MAPS and the Zendo Project.

After the public collapse of his hedge fund during the 2008 financial crisis, Ron confronted the identity, shame, and uncertainty that often accompany profound professional failure. That journey led him to psychedelic medicine—not simply as a tool for healing, but as a catalyst for deeper self-awareness, wiser leadership, and more meaningful living.

At SANCTUM, Ron serves as an Executive Coach, helping founders, executives, investors, and other high-performing leaders prepare for and integrate transformational experiences. He helps guests translate profound insight into better decisions, stronger leadership, healthier relationships, and lasting change.

As founder of the School of Expression, Jamie specializes in identity transformation, emotional mastery, self-expression, and women's leadership. Her work helps high-performing individuals remove the masks that no longer serve them, allowing greater authenticity, creativity, and fulfillment. She is also a trained Zendo Project psychedelic sitter.

Jamie's lifelong pursuit of authenticity, wholeness, and courageous self-expression led her to psychedelic medicine, where she discovered its unique ability to restore vitality, inner truth, and authentic living. That experience continues to shape her belief that transformation begins with remembering who you already are.

At SANCTUM, Jamie supports individuals, couples, and groups before, during, and after transformational experiences, with a particular focus on emotional integration, women's retreats, couples work, and relational healing. As our Liminal Liaison, she helps guests cross the threshold between everyday life and the SANCTUM experience, creating an environment of warmth, safety, and genuine human connection.

Skippy is the founder of the Civic Courage Lab™ and creator of the COURAGE Method™, a whole-human leadership framework that has supported more than 1,000 public leaders nationwide. His work spans presidential campaigns, elected office, executive coaching, and civic innovation, and he hosts the globally ranked Civic Courage Lab Podcast, featuring leaders including Byron Katie, David Allen, and Rick Doblin.

Alongside two decades of public service, Skippy navigated his own journey through anxiety and addiction before discovering the transformative potential of psychedelic medicine. As an Aspen City Council member, he helped establish the nation's first municipal therapeutic model for natural medicine, serves on Colorado's Natural Medicine Advisory Board, and participates in the Americans for Ibogaine Working Group.

At SANCTUM, Skippy serves as Founder, Coach, and Facilitator, helping individuals, couples, leadership teams, and organizations pursue Arête—the realization of their highest potential in service to something greater than themselves. Together with his wife, Jamie, he also guides couples through transformational work that deepens connection, communication, and shared purpose.

Krystal completed the three-year Integrated Psychedelic Therapy program through AWE (now Ecstatic Mysticism), integrating trauma-informed care with ceremonial traditions. She has studied and dieted with the Yawanawá and Huni Kuin peoples of the Brazilian Amazon and has been studying within the Santo Daime and Tz’utujil Mayan cacao traditions. Her work includes supporting hundreds of veterans and others living with PTSD and complex trauma.

Krystal's path to psychedelic medicine began through her own healing journey after chronic illness, cancer, complex PTSD, and treatment-resistant depression. Those experiences shaped her conviction that healing is possible even after profound suffering and deepened her commitment to walking alongside others with humility, compassion, and respect.

At SANCTUM, Krystal serves as a Facilitator specializing in complex PTSD, attachment trauma, spiritual emergence, and major life transitions. She helps guests bridge evidence-informed therapeutic care with the wisdom of the ceremonial traditions that have shaped her own path.

Mary Cate specializes in trauma recovery, nervous system regulation, psychedelic integration, and mind-body healing. Her work bridges ancient wisdom and modern science, weaving depth psychology, somatic therapies, and Vedic practice into an approach that helps clients reconnect with resilience, presence, and embodied well-being. Born and raised in Aspen, she carries forward the Hauenstein family's legacy of civic leadership while drawing on years of living, studying, and serving in China, India, and other cultures.

Mary Cate's own nonlinear healing journey and years of global service led her to psychedelic medicine, where she discovered its capacity to deepen the connection between mind, body, and spirit. She views these experiences as an invitation to remember the wholeness that already exists within each person and to carry that healing into their relationships, communities, and lives.

At SANCTUM, Mary Cate serves as a Clinical Facilitator, supporting guests with complex trauma histories and higher-acuity clinical needs. She anchors each experience with clinical expertise, grounded compassion, and a deep respect for the innate wisdom and healing capacity of every individual.

A graduate of the InnerTrek Psychedelic Facilitator Program, Tatum also serves as Director of Community & Culture at Aspen Shakti, SANCTUM's partner venue. After leaving the corporate world to pursue a life of service, she found her calling in creating spaces where people feel genuinely seen, supported, and safe. She believes healing begins long before medicine is administered—through intentional environments, authentic relationships, and a deep sense of belonging.

Drawn to psychedelic medicine through her own journey of emotional healing, Tatum approaches facilitation with humility, rigorous training, and a commitment to continual learning.

At SANCTUM, she serves as both a Facilitator and Liminal Liaison, helping guests transition from everyday life into a space of trust, presence, and possibility. Through warmth, steadiness, and genuine care, she ensures every guest feels welcomed, supported, and deeply held throughout their journey.
